PAUSE is designed to calm the mind so the body can be more informed with the heart. This 5 day journey teaches us that if we can sit with ourselves, then we can sit with the entire world and what it's presenting.
Stress, resistance, annoyance, confusion, frustration.
We learn how to revamp our relationship with all of these experiences.
Ironically, the more we PAUSE, the more time and momentum we actually gain.
Sitting back allows us to go forward in a more connected way.
We begin to make choices throughout our days that are more aligned with what feels good.
Each day we meditate around a theme which will help grow our capacity for attention in all areas of our life. Our body knows how to heal, but the energy of our thought patterns and beliefs truly embed themselves into our bodies, making us experience exactly what we think.
This course teaches us how to recognize your own guidance system and use it effectively, moment by moment. How you feel matters. It's your indication of your alignment or misalignment. Of your allowing or of your resisting.
The course will give you space to really have a look at the thought patterns and beliefs that we've been living, how to shift how we currently deal with our emotions and uncover unconscious behavior and bullshit stories that make us feel stuck.

No way. Work at your own pace and even better, once this course is purchased, it is yours to keep forever! It is highly beneficial to try and complete 5 consistent days of meditation to simply notice how you feel. Contrast leads to clarity, always. And keep in mind, you don't have to sit for the full 20 minutes each day. I'm a firm believer that if you can take the time to PAUSE, whether it be for 2 minutes or 20, you will see radical change. Lets give credit to subtlety.
