The life's work of our venue is the stewardship of this land, to care for and know its forests and waterways. By holding space for guests to slow down, our intention is to seed consciousness that naturally comes from immersing oneself in the land.
This is a rare experience.
To practice Vedic Rounding multiple times a day is an effortless gateway to feeling whole, present, nourished and surrendered for the entire week.
You’ll be gaining a tool that you can practice at home so retreat isn’t the only place you feel peace.
Taking all of this and churning it into creative and powerful possibilities for your life.
This is where we live the frequency that less is truly more. Mother Nature teaches us this.

What
Vedic Rounding.
Some describe Vedic Rounding as industrial strength meditation.
Vedic Rounding is a full cycle of relaxing and gentle asana, followed by slow breathwork, 20 minutes Vedic Meditation, and 10 minutes of deep rest.
That equals one round. We will work up to 6 or more rounds in one day during our time together.
It is a carefully crafted ancient Vedic practice.
You are working with maximum potential to dissolve deep, deep stress and create incredible levels of clarity.
It’s the quantum leaping version of healing and activating.

Deposit is non-refundable, under any circumstance. If you find someone to take your place, they can pay you directly.
Remaining balance is due in early March 2026 for bookings made in December onwards.
What’s included?
♡Welcome circle and refreshments
♡Daily rounding sessions; we will build up to 6+ rounds and slowly come down.
♡2-3 meals a day, depending on how many rounds we are doing (arrival day is dinner only and departure day is breakfast only)
♡Wisdom sessions, so the rounding can be purified through the body.
♡Cozy, well done, detail orientated accommodations in the lush forest.
♡Transportation from a meeting point in downtown Vancouver to the retreat center.
It is understood that we live in difficult times and sometimes plans change. If for whatever reason you cannot attend the retreat after you have sent your deposit you can get it back if you find someone else to take your spot. Please note if you have paid the full amount after early January 2026, the spot is reserved for you and the amount is non refundable. Same rule applies, you can only get a refund if you find someone to take your spot.

The Onyx Lodge Rooms | Emerald Room - SOLD OUT $1995
Whitewashed walls and a warm, pine-clad angled ceiling await you in this cozy bedroom. With skylights in both the bedroom and attached ensuite bathroom, as well as a large window overlooking our A-Frame Cottages, nature is at your fingertips from this simple room. *Located upstairs in the Onyx Lodge, our main gathering space, this room can have some noise from below.

Large windows capturing the forested views of the property await you. With a spacious closet for storage, soft linens and warmly-lit bedside lamps, these small, simple rooms are perfect for our solo travelers. The shared full bathroom next door includes two sinks and a walk-in shower. *Located upstairs in the Onyx Lodge, our main gathering space, this room can have some noise from below.

The comfy beds and cozy linens await your dreams, while the picture window and its lush foliage views await your daydreams. Use the space for creative pursuits, or as a basecamp for a walk in the forest. Rainy day? Sit outside on your covered porch and enjoy the fresh, pine-scented ocean air and the sound of raindrops caressing the old-growth trees.

The Moonstone Forest Cottage - SOLD OUT
This cottage offers similar amenities as our deluxe cottages with added seclusion. Wake up to sunbeams illuminating the room through the windows before sipping tea on your porch nestled on the edge of our Alder grove. A rustic outdoor shower awaits you with sweet-smelling natural products to lather on.

Modern, Scandinavian-inspired deluxe cottages were designed with simplistic coziness in mind. Comfy beds, soft linens, fluffy pillows and a reading window seat offer perfect places to snuggle up to a loved one, or with a good book. Wake up and take a morning shower in the gorgeous bathroom, or take it outside in the steamy, outdoor shower adjoining the bathroom. A covered porch lined with warm cedar perches you with a perfect view of the property’s centerpiece, our magnificent maple and alder trees.
