A 4 month somatic container that includes a community gathering/retreat at the end of our 4 months together.
We meet as a group 2-3x/ per month, plus have telegram support for the entire 4 months.
4x private sessions with me (1x a month).
Our retreat location is TBD but will be in February 9-14th, 2027.
You will receive a full year access to my paid substack, which includes a live quarterly workshop for all paid subsrcibers (replays always available).

This price includes your retreat, accommodation and food (airfare, travel insurance, transportation/taxi to/from our venue is not included). Retreat is in February 9-14th 2027, but location is currently TBD.
